We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without giving prior notice.

Paypal: All non-confirmed PayPal purchases will be cancelled by firstandforemostllc.com. If your Paypal payment has not cleared within 72 hours of placing your order the item(s) will be put back on the shelf. If the item sells before payment has been received a refund will be given on the order.

Privacy: First and Foremost LLC respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals.

Product Availability: Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Return Policy: First and Foremost LLC does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are shown as delivered.

Shipping: We have a flat rate of $9.95 shipping for right now. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. We send out tracking as soon as your order ships.  Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
